About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contract position to provide comprehensive care and therapy to patients at a nursing center. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for this position is $52.25 to $61.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create personalized care plans for each patient.
- Provide occupational therapy to improve daily living and work-related skills.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices in occupational therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Current occupational therapy license in the state of California.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in occupational therapy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or nursing home setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
