About the Opportunity
Our client is a family-owned medical practice in Manalapan, NJ that is dedicated to consistently providing exceptional care and services to their patients. They are in search of a Russian-Speaking Clinician to join their team in delivering clinical and supportive social work services following established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. These services may include screening, patient identification, assessments, and addressing transitional and community needs for the specified population.
The annual base salary range is $80,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients
- Provide counseling and support to clients and their families in Russian
- Facilitate access to community resources, including healthcare, housing, and social services
- Advocate for clients’ rights and ensure they receive appropriate services
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation
- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Stay informed about community resources and services relevant to the Russian-speaking population
- Provide cultural competency training to staff and volunteers as needed
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Valid LCSW license in New Jersey
- Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken
