About the Opportunity:
Provide high-quality care and support to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a part-time contract position. Duties involve assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. CNAs also report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $16.36 to $19.34 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic patient care tasks such as feeding, dressing, and bathing.
- Provide mobility assistance and engage in patient transport.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to communicate patient needs.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and observations.
- Stay informed on best practices in patient care and support.
Job Requirements:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
