About the Opportunity:
This contract position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support in a clinical setting. The CNA assists with activities of daily living, monitors patient conditions, and communicates effectively with the healthcare team to ensure quality care. This is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $17.74 to $20.96 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct personal care and hygiene assistance to patients.
- Provide mobility and transfer support as needed.
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the nursing staff.
Job Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
