About the Opportunity:
This opportunity involves providing comprehensive nursing care to residents, including medication administration and direct patient care. This is a full-time contract position. The role requires managing healthcare needs for up to 30 residents without the support of med techs for medication distribution. Additionally, completing training is necessary before assuming floor duties.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.48 to $28.93 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Stay informed on best practices in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a similar setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
