About the Opportunity:
Provide patient care in a healthcare facility, focusing on delivering support in daily activities and medical needs. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $29.84 to $35.26 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create care plans.
- Provide medication administration and monitoring.
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and condition changes.
- Stay informed on current nursing best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
