About the Opportunity:
This remote-only position offers an opportunity for a Physician to engage in high ED/IP volume reading, with a particular emphasis on subspecialty cases in ER. The role involves interpreting modalities such as XR, CT, MR, US, and NM, catering to 90-100 reads per 8-hour shift and achieving productivity targets of 60-70 wRVUs per shift. It is a full-time contract position with shift coverage from Monday to Sunday, spanning 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM (24hr).
The estimated base pay for these positions are $326.56 to $385.94 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting high volume ED/IP readings and ensuring at least 8 wRVU's per hour.
- Interpreting XR, CT, MR, US, NM modalities accurately.
- Managing subspecialty case mix in emergency radiology.
- Maintaining productivity of 70 wRVUs per shift, monitored actively.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in applicable medical field.
- Experience in high volume ED/IP settings considered important.
- Proficiency in reading various modalities including neuro/MSK is favorable.
- Strong skills in productivity and interpretation accuracy.
