About the Opportunity:
Provide nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient health in this full-time contract position as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Deliver direct and compassionate care to patients, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality healthcare services. Work involves a rotating schedule of four 12-hour shifts one week and three 12-hour shifts the following week, including every other weekend.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $24.89 to $29.41 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and document care accurately.
- Support other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
- Contribute to patient education and support patient and family engagement.
- Maintain knowledge of current healthcare practices and techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
- At least one year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work every other weekend as part of a rotating schedule.
