About the Opportunity:
This remote contract position offers an opportunity for physicians to provide advanced medical imaging assessments using modalities such as XR, CT, MR, US, and NM. Responsibilities include interpreting subspecialty cases with a mix of ER, Neuro, and Nuclear Medicine, conducting up to 100 reads per 8-hour shift, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely diagnostic information. The position is full-time, requiring availability for shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $326.56 to $385.94 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting diagnostic imaging and interpreting results across various modalities.
- Providing precise diagnostic reports for subspecialty cases including ER, Neuro, and Nuclear Medicine.
- Collaborating with a team of radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting imaging outcomes and patient data.
- Staying informed about technological advancements in diagnostic imaging techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certification required.
- Expertise in interpreting modalities such as XR, CT, MR, US, and NM.
- Experience with high-volume reading environments (up to 100 reads per shift).
- Familiarity with PACS: Merge, Dictation: Fluency, and EMR: Epic systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
