About the Opportunity
Our client is a global law firm that is looking for a Client Development Manager to join their team. In this role you, will initiate, oversee, and complete a wide range of projects that involve marketing planning, industry and client targeting, pitches and proposals, and communications. The firm offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in office and 2 days WFH. The position is great for exposure, as they want someone who is capable to hit the ground running and be a strategy leader for one of their most coveted practice groups at the firm.
The annual base salary range is $125,000 to $190,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategic business development and marketing plans including goals, action items, and deadlines. Advise and collaborate with partners, the Business Development, Marketing, and Communications teams, as well as other internal stakeholders in the development and execution of these plans
- Draft and prepare written proposals, pitches, and other communications to clients, prospective clients, and related third-party organizations
- Profile strategic prospects identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions
- Plan and oversee seminars, events, and other targeted marketing activities;
- Drive attendance for webinars and arrange meetings for conferences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of marketing/business development experience at a law firm or financial services firm
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
